August Goals

Fitness Goals:
  • Complete the first four weeks of Turbo Fire (starting the full schedule August 4th)
  • Walk 10,000 steps every day


Health Goals:
  • Drink Shakeology every day!
  • Drink 64 oz or more of water each day!
I want to keep it simple this month and not overwhelm myself with too many goals and things to keep up with since I'll be going back to work soon!
