September Goals

Follow the 21 Day Fix as closely as possible. I'm struggling to figure out what works for me and cooking dinner. I'm doing freezer cooking today and it's not particularly easy to do that and the 21 Day Fix. I know the Fix is only 3 weeks, but I need something easy for dinners. I never feel like cooking dinner. I plan to follow it for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. I can estimate for dinners. I feel like even though it's not fully following, it will help me lose weight. I just have to make sure my dinner portions are the right size and not over-sized.

Continue doing Turbo Fire. I slipped up Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I had a horrible week and was sick on Friday. I'm not skipping those workouts, but rearranging the schedule to make up for those I missed.

Continue to get 10,000 steps a day. This wasn't always easy, but I did it.

Personal development. Lately I've been struggling personally with many different things but I'm hoping some daily personal development can help.

Continue to reach out to people about Beachbody and challenge groups.
